We are committed to providing education, health care and food to all children in Siguiri - Guinea (West Africa). Our vision is to provide these basic necessities to the children of Siguiri, so that they too can have a chance to live a better life.
My dream has been to help the children in my country by giving them the best gift that I could. That gift is to give them a chance to succeed in life. My parents are educators and I grew up watching them nurture and develop many children. In fact, my mother was actually my 3rd and 4th grade teacher.
When I came to America in 1996, and saw the plethora of educational and healthcare opportunities, my passion of helping others was strengthened. I began dreaming of building hospitals and schools. Thanks to God and the good people in the United States, the school portion of my vision has come to fruition and the process of building a hospital is underway.
Today the school has 217 children, 7 teachers and 2 security officers. We are hoping to double these numbers by next year with the help of your donations.
